Do I need prior experience with somatic work?
Not at all. Whether you’re completely new or have tried somatic practices before, I meet you where you are.
Is this therapy?
No. My work is coaching and educational in nature. While therapeutic, it is not clinical psychotherapy.
What’s the difference between 1:1 and group work?
1:1 work is personalized and deeply tailored to your needs. Group work offers collective healing energy, shared practices, and connection with others — both are powerful in different ways.
What if I’ve done lots of personal development before?
Many of my clients have. Nervous system work often addresses what mindset work can’t — the body’s subconscious patterns. This may feel like the missing piece you’ve been searching for.
