I help teens reconnect to their bodies in a way that’s simple, practical, and gentle. Using body-based tools grounded in nervous system science, I support teens in regulating their emotions, easing anxiety, and building the confidence they need to move through life with more ease.

My sessions are designed for teens to feel safe expressing themselves. Parents are welcome at the start of the process, and I offer guidance for you separately, but sessions themselves are usually teen-only.

What ages do you work with?

I work with adolescents ages 12 and up. If your child is younger, reach out — I’m happy to discuss options.

My teen struggles to open up. Will this work?

Absolutely. This approach isn’t about talking — it’s about working with the body. Teens don’t need to share details to benefit from the practices.

Can I meet with you before involving my teen?

Yes. I encourage parents to book an initial consultation so we can explore what support might look like — with no pressure.
